In addition to his engineering background, Thom Kozik, Chief Commercial Officer of Loyyal, brings a wealth of experience in the Loyalty industry having previously served as Global VP of Loyalty for Marriott International, the world’s largest and oldest hospitality loyalty program. Thom’s reputation as a true Innovator stems from a diverse, multi-decade background in software development, product management/marketing, gamification, and behavioral economics. 

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, as well as guest lecturer at Harvard Business School, Georgetown University, USC, and MIT, Thom seeks opportunities to engage the participants in questioning assumptions, as well as learning from historical parallels, to gain insights into likely future outcomes.

Thom currently serves on the board or advisor for a small number of startups, in addition to publicly traded firms. He served as Mentor, and eventual Director for the Los Angeles chapter of Founder Institute, and devotes time as a non-profit board member for a women’s support organization in Washington, and a Brain cancer foundation in Los Angeles.
